Precision Engineered 1:8 RC Race Buggy

The E8 World Spec 1/8 electric buggy, has been refined to incorporate the same suspension featured on the nitro D8 WS buggy. The suspension geometry boasts a track record of resilience, proven through the rigorous testing of our dedicated team drivers. The front and rear suspension enhancements allow for a large array of tuning with the fully adjustable pills and symmetrical arms that can make the E8 WS unparalleled on high-speed, high-grip race tracks.

About the E8 World Spec

Chassis Layout

The E8 World Spec features a clean layout that is designed around efficiencies. The left side of the chassis is houses a large battery tray and uses a carbon fiber battery hold down. The right side is very compact to keep wiring short and sweet. The motor is mounted more to the rear of the chassis with the ESC and Servo mounted in front of the motor.

Suspension

Each point of the suspension has been carefully tuned to ensure next level performance. The large, big bore shocks supply incredible dampening over rough terrain. Using adjustable turnbuckles, the camber, toe, and steering links can all be adjusted to fine tune this chassis to your driving style and track surface. Large swaybars, front, and rear help keep the vehicle stable through demanding tracks.

Drivetrain

The full metal drivetrain uses high volume fluid filled differentials. These differentials accurately distribute power to each corner of the chassis. Dogbone to CVD center driveshafts carry the power to the front and rear. The front and rear driveshafts are dogbone to universal joints and are ready for the demanding forces found in 1/8 scale racing.

HB Racing E8 World Spec 1/8 4WD Electric Off-Road Buggy Kit
Product had pieces missing or wrong part put in the box. I received a nitro rear brace. Not the carbon fiber and turn buckle and hard wear that should have been in the kit.

HB Racing E8 World Spec 1/8 4WD Electric Off-Road Buggy Kit
I’m not a club racer but often practice with them. Been in hobby long time. I have the E8T which seemed to be really good I have had associated tlr Losi tekno mugen and jq cars. Seems like you have to do too many little things to make this car good.. The diff cups have to be sanded or they’ll leak. The bladder shocks are tough to get right. Center brace is junk and the screws keep backing out of the battery mounts. The droop screws also don’t allow full droop. The set screws in the diff cups are pointless in my opinion. Once you get passed all that it drives descent.
