The rotor head has been enhanced with a redesigned upper swash plate, featuring a 1:1 ratio length for all 4 short balls, greatly increasing crash resilience. Additionally, the updated one-piece head-block ensures precise alignment and eliminates autorotation wobble, even with rigid POM damper inserts. The improved POM swash plate anti-rotation bracket offers smoother motion on the swash pin, tighter fit, and increased durability compared to the prior carbon plate version. Additionally, the updated center crutch now reinforces both the motor mount and the tail section, enhancing rigidity and strengthening the tail boom mounting area. This design also eliminates any flex in the core of the frames by securing the under part of the tail rotor and back swashplate servo to the bearing block. Incorporating an updated battery tray latch design, featuring additional pins for enhanced engagement with the battery tray, ensures secure attachment, even during the most aggressive flights with heavy batteries.
The tail features a lighter, precision-engineered case and a more durable tail pitch bell-crank mounting bracket, enhancing both flight and crash resistance. Additionally, a redesigned tail rotor hub and pitch control system employing a seesaw hub design with delta correction have been introduced, resulting in improved tail performance, reduced noise, and vibration.
