This is the optional 40 tooth spur gear for the Traxxas Revo monster truck. This spur gear goes on the gear box to transfer power from the clutch bell on the engine into the transmission case. The stock spur gear is a 38 tooth gear, so this 40 tooth gear will provide more bottom end acceleration with less top end speed than the stock gear.

For anyone wondering, this spur also works on the Rustler and Slash 2wd/4x4 slipper.

Great spur for Revo 3.3 and fits very well. I think better fit than original 38T.
