Tekin Redline Gen2 Modified Series Sensored Brushless Motor (8.5T)
I run this in my sc10 and with the way I have it geared can keep up with 6.5t in the straights. It's geared about close to max temps around 160f. I lack a bit of acceleration due to gearing. I'm very pleased with this motor even when geared down a bit. Tekin did a great job with this motor and I bet would be great in a 1/10 buggy.

Tekin Redline Gen2 Modified Series Sensored Brushless Motor (8.5T)
Switching from Viper to Tekin due to reliability issues with Viper motors and cannot be more pleased. Combining this motor with an RS Gen 2 makes a 1/10 scale buggy a pleasure to drive. Tekin did a good job with this iteration of the redline series and has earned a customer for a long time to come.
