This is the Team Trinity 4S Lightning Charge Cable. This charge lead is for professional racers who charge and discharge their LiPo batteries with higher amp draws on their chargers.

Trinity Revtech 4S Lightning Charge Cable w/Deans Battery to 4mm Charger (27")
These leads are very well made and are long enough to get batteries in a "charge safe" bag or box. The balance lead has shrink wrap thickly applied just behind the connector so the individual wires won't fray or pull free from the plug.
