This is one of the greatest power supply I've seen,Integty puts quality into there products.All my hop up parts are by them,knock on wood I've never had any problems with them.Chris maybe UPS drop kicked your box.Hope you get problem fixed this power supply works great with the Hyperion 610i

Team Integy Super Station 27A Power Supply
I was impressed with the stylish look of this PS. Be warned in its current state the assembly is horrifying. I received my box from ups, opened it up there was plastic fasteners everywhere, the main boards were floating around inside. On top of that I pulled the cover and 1 plug was not even plugged into 1 of the main boards. Upon calling amain for an RMA I was informed there where 3 returns like this, same problem not just mine. PS I'm sure works sweet but the way they secure the boards has to be fixed
