Love this chassis, very light but not as durable as a traxxas. i do not recommend using your sc10 for bashing!!!
i like how low it is to the ground witch makes the car handle easier. your not trying to fight with the car.

Team Associated SC10 Chassis
broke 4 including the SC10.2 ( I know they are the same). I broke two at the front neck and two right in front of the rear tower. Poor, poor design. I could make a better one and I'm not an engineer. Why not make a aluminum 7075 by 3mm chassis the size of the battery holder and tie each end into it. Then add plastic guards to hold the electronics. Some people mount the ESC and Receiver down the center anyway. The outside is wasted space and the ends are unacceptably weak. On a side note, 4 broken chassis, zero other broken parts. HMMMMM. RPM PLEASE MAKE US A GOOD ONE.

UPDATE: I have build two more sc10's and a brand new SC10.2 with every-update I can get. I have since broken two more chassis. The problem is not buying or replacing the chassis. That would be easy. The issue is replacing the Tekin RSX GEN2 ESC ($220), the Futaba 304SB Receiver ($70) and the wires to the motor and servo that break when the chassis snaps. This is BS and I swear, if I could get out of this platform without taking a $5,000 loss, I would. I have over $10,000 invested in this platform so I have to stick with it. DAMN.
