This is an optional Team Associated RC8B3 Factory Team Upper Titanium Screw Set. This set includes a total of 92 screws to maximize weight savings, using one of the world's most exotic metals.
Notes from the manual:
"This kit does not contain every screw used in the RC8. It only contains the screws which we [Team Associated] fell are reliable enough to be Titanium. If you wish to add any others do so at your own risk. We [Team Associated] highly recommend that you pre-thread all holes before attempting to install the Titanium screws. A small drop of oil on the threads will help make installation easier."
