The Team Associated RB10 RTR 1/10 Electric 2WD Brushless Buggy Combo includes a Reedy Compact Balance Charger (ASC27201) and Reedy 7.4V 2S LiPo Battery with T-plug (ASC751). This buggy was engineered using Team Associated's vast knowledge and success in the 1:10 scale 2WD racing category. Since the introduction of the RC10 in 1984, the Team Associated RC10 buggy platform has won 13 of the 18 I.F.M.A.R. World Championships contested since the class began. You now have the chance to drive a buggy derived from this race-winning heritage with the beginner-friendly, capable and powerful RB10.

The RB10 buggy roars to life with a water-resistant high-power Reedy brushless speed control, 3300kV brushless motor, a 2.4GHz 2-channel radio system and the Drive Vehicle Control (DVR) receiver with a built in gyro. The DVR system is able to be tuned to different settings that will allow for more or less gyro control. The RB10 is equipped with the Reedy metal-gear, digital high-torque servo, and a water-resistant enclosed receiver box. All of this sits under the outstanding factory-finished off-road buggy body with wing. The RB10 will keep you accelerating and cornering with the included aggressive off-road treaded tires and lightweight 12mm hex wheels.

The RB10 will perform on most surfaces you throw it at, from asphalt to dirt as well as any prepared track surfaces. This buggy makes for a great basher and a good platform to try your skills out on the track.

Team Associated RB10 RTR 1/10 Electric 2WD Brushless Buggy Combo (Blue)
Great basher, would also be a good way to get into racing for a low cost and without building from a kit. It comes geared pretty conservatively, so it'll get to top speed (or spin the tires) easily. The tires seem to be a harder compound, so they're great for speeding around pavement and to a good degree, carpet. An added plus of the harder tires, they'll lose grip before you can traction roll the car. I've put a handful of runs on pavement and the tires look almost brand new. That said, these tires took a while to get more sticky and break in, and they don't cope well with damp conditions.

Weight distribution is rear biased, so it has no problem finding traction in dirt or short grass. All in all, it's been great for speeding around my yard and driveway. The manual also has detailed parts listings and a wealth of information like any Team Associated product, so that made it incredibly easy to find just the right part number and how to install it when I inevitably took a jump just wrong enough to come down on one of the front wheels, nose down, and cracked a suspension arm.
