This is an optional Team Associated Updated Differential Gear Set, and is intended for use with the Team Associated 1/8 scale line of nitro and electric vehicles. This updated ring and pinion gear set provides an optional gear ratio that smooths out the power delivery for both the 1/8 scale nitro and electric vehicles. Each vehicle type requires two gear sets. The final drive ratio introduced by this optional gear set requires a change in your gearing.

Fantastic update!... If you run a truggy motor likie I do(TEKIN 2250) in a RC8.2e. it slows the the tire rotation down enough to make the extra torque useable in slick conditions.
