SSD RC Locking Hub Installation Tool

I’m giving this 5 stars because the design of the hubs in conjunction with this tool make it possible to have some cool scale looking hubs on your wheels. That being said, you have to be very careful and have a steady level hand when using this. It is very easy to slip and it’s hard to get the hub real tight. A little blue loctite will keep the hub from coming loose. I have broken a tooth off of this tool and will be ordering another one next time I need something. People complaining about this just don’t have the patience to work with it. If you are careful and realize how easily you can damage the tool and hub when using this then you can appreciate it and use it properly. If you think it’s going to be easy then don’t buy the hubs or tool. Simple as that.

Works great. You will need this to properly tighten locking hubs and rear hubs down.

The tool slipped once and multiple "studs" of the tool bent and were beyond repair. I had only used it for a month or so. I have since switched back to normal nuts.

works as intended needed for all ssd scale hubs. just remember that u need a 7mm nut driver for it to work correctly.
