The Reedy Zappers HV Silicon Graphene 2S Shorty 80C Hard Case LiPo Battery features silicon graphene construction to lower internal resistance, increase voltage output, reduce operating temperatures and improve cycle-life.
A 7.6 nominal voltage means that with a suitable charger, the battery can be safely charged to 4.35V/cell. It is not a secret that more voltage equals more power so there is no easier way to achieve a performance advantage than pairing silicon graphene construction with a higher charge voltage! However, even when the typical 8.4V (4.2V/cell) charging limit is enforced, Zappers SG still offers a significant advantage thanks to a flatter discharge curve, which results in more voltage deeper into the race.
A high-quality, durable hard case helps prevent damage while embedded socket connectors keep power-robbing resistance to a minimum.

I charged this one time for a new build. I literally bought it, charged it and used it for < 15 minutes in the house to test the new build. Discharged it to storage voltage with a smart charger and left it in the buggy - disconnected.
The build has sat for several months untouched for several reasons. I have dozens of other 2-6S lipos that sit for extended periods @ storage voltage with no issue.
Battery is swollen and dead as can be. I had to use a wrench to unscrew normally finger tight battery tray screws. Theres a good 1/2 inch in the middle. Luckily the chassis is fine.
The one plus is that its a hard case.
Battery is currently in a ziplock outside in a safe place until I can properly dispose of it in the morning.
All these very sensitive LIPo packs come with warning label for a reason!
