Protoform BMR-12.1 1/12 Pan Car Body (Clear)

This is the Protoform BMR-12.1 "Regular" 1/12 Pan Car Body in standard .030" thick Crystal Clear Lexan. On the high-grip black CRC carpet, the Protoform team of drivers found they needed additional mid-corner steering using the original BMR-12. Additional testing found that removing the center fin and altering the rear trim line greatly increased rotation.

The BMR-12.1 race body is aimed at all 1:12 classes from modified to stock. The team at PROTOform felt the need for a companion body to the all-conquering AMR-12 with the emergence of many new types of racing carpet across the globe. The striking design features a front splitter and enhanced dive planes on the front fenders for increased front end rigidity and reduced body rubbing, while the cab-forward cockpit enhances steering.

The BMR-12.1 fits all EFRA/IFMAR, BRCA, ROAR and JMRCA body specs and is offered in both light weight .020” Lexan for experts and regular weight .030” for novices. Like all PROTOform bodies, it comes with protective film and includes window masks and a decal sheet.
