This is a pack of two replacement steering pins and bushings for Kyosho buggies, and fits the Inferno MP7.5 and Inferno MP777 family of buggies. These are the pins that connect the steering ackerman plate to the servo saver assembly.

The 3x10mm washers are KYO1-W301010. Those go on the bottom side of the steering plate, between the plate and the plastic arm.
