The JConcepts Slash 4x4 LCG/Rustler 4x4 Aluminum Fan & Honeycomb Motor Plate Set brings next level cooling to the Slash 4x4 LCG. Motor cooling is more important than ever with the use of high performance brushless motors and high voltage batteries. The Jconcepts Slash 4x4 LCG/Rustler 4x4 Aluminum Fan & Honeycomb Motor Plate Set offers significantly more cooling with a billet aluminum fan mount focusing air directly over the motor and a honeycomb style motor mount increasing surface area for the most efficient cooling possible. Attaching to the motor mount, the fan mount is made with billet aluminum construction and uses a lightweight lower open design and features black anodized with silver chamfered high-lighted edging. The included hardware pieces these together and provides an incredible platform for included fan. The included 30x30x10 aluminum housed fan has a medium-length wire with industry standard JST plug that can plug into many receiver combinations. Depending on the location of the receiver, a JST extension wire might need to be used (not included). When it comes durability, and stylish appearances JConcepts delivers with this innovative design.

This is very nice. Great fit and looks good. I gigged it 1 star because the wire is about 2” too short to reach the receiver on the very truck it’s intended to go on. Easy to remedy with an extension but not a step I was expecting.

Highly recommend. Easy install. Honeycomb plate helps with heat dissipation and the fan is powerful. I did need the optional extension wire to hook it into the receiver nicely. Its fit well with both the stock velineon 3500 and hobbywing 4000kv motor with holes to turn the motor so the wires are facing down which is cleaner looking. No complaints.
