High-Performance Trail Truck

The HPI Venture SBK Scale Builders Kit allows builders more options by eliminating the body, wheels, tires and electronics you may not need, while including a host of sought-after upgrades that increase the performance potential of the truck. The Venture is known for its incredible handling, realistic drivetrain layout and durability. The Venture SBK delivers all of that and more - with the flexibility to create the scale masterpiece you have always dreamed of!

About the SBK Trail Truck

Universals & Axle Weights

The SBK comes equipped with brass axle weights that are strategically placed to enhance traction exactly where it's needed, without compromising the truck's scale appearance since they remain hidden. Complementing this, the steel front universal driveshafts provide increased steering angle for navigating tight spots, while also being more durable than standard dogbones. These driveshafts eliminate binding and are fully rebuildable, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability in challenging terrains. Together, these features significantly improve the crawler's maneuverability and grip.

Scale Chassis Design & Layout

At the heart of the Venture SBK is a formed steel C-channel chassis with cross braces, replicating the structure of a real truck chassis. The front-mounted motor and transmission, along with a chassis-mounted servo, provide a realistic weight distribution that enhances handling, especially during climbs. The battery placement options, including a front battery tray, further improve the truck's balance and performance. This thoughtful design ensures that the SBK performs exceptionally well on the trail.

Advanced Suspension & Steering

The Venture SBK's advanced suspension system features a three-link front and a highly articulated four-link rear setup, supported by dual-stage coilover shocks. This configuration provides excellent articulation and stability, essential for tackling rough terrains. The behind-the-axle steering linkage and Panhard bar ensure precise control and zero bump steer, enhancing the truck's maneuverability. With a realistic chassis-mounted servo setup and aluminum components, the SBK delivers both durability and a highly realistic driving experience.

HPI Venture SBK 1/10 4WD Rock Crawler Kit (Scale Builders Kit)
I just got my HPI venture sbk a few days ago I've really gone to the kit and I was really nice it's well worth the $200 there's so many high-quality upgrades in it that you would have had to spend at least $200 on all the x-rays if you were to buy the regular Raider run
