sorry about giving it only. 3-star rating but I'm pissed. the radio itself is great 10 out of 10, but the usle package sucks it cost over a grand AND DOSE NOT IN CLUDE A RECIVER what gives. I've never bought a radio that does not include at least one receiver. Your better off getting the 799.99 radio at least it comes with a receiver.

Overall, the 10PX Limited Edition transmitter is a very nice looking unit. The controls are solid. The switches have a high-quality tactical feel with absolutely no jiggle or play in the wheel or switches. I gave the radio a twist while holding the top and bottom, and the unit does not twist. It is solid. Very nice Futaba! The ergonomics of the unit can be adjusted by changing the wheel adapters, grips and trigger pads to make the radio fit you. The battery cover and left side of the unit are covered with grayscale American flag decor. Futaba could have done a better job on the serial number plate. A metal label could have/should have been used instead of a plastic piece. The serial number plate still looks nice and is a nice touch. The transmitter does not have chrome pieces like the normal 10PX. The chrome pieces are blacked out and the display screen has a shiny piano black trim piece around it giving the radio a sleek and elegant look. Gray hand grips also set the Limited Edition apart from the regular 10PX. Using the telemetry options will add to the cost since each sensor must be purchased separately. The Limited Edition also comes with a very nice storage case, but I would rather have a receiver. At this price point for a “limited edition” transmitter, a receiver should have been included to complement the radio’s limited edition hype. Nothing else separates the unit from the normal 10PX. It is all cosmetic. The visual differences are not worth spending the extra cash. Buy the normal 10PX instead to get the high-end receiver that comes with it. However, I love the look of my Limited Edition and I am keeping it! 4 stars for value. 5 stars for quality!
