Furitek Python Pro 40A (Brushless/Brushed) Micro Waterproof ESC
I bought this to put in my Hiroyama to go with the mini Godzilla motor that was in it.
It works very well, and I have it set to 60% forward, and 40% reverse. Otherwise it's just too much until I can get in a big area. That's okay with me since the battery is very happy with less load anyway.
I had trouble at first, and then I downloaded the app and it was smooth sailing from there. You launch the app on your phone and it finds the ESC. Setup is very easy. I had to reverse the motor from CW to CCW, but doing it at the ESC makes much more sense than reversing the transmitter controls.
There are a lot of things to change to make it work the way you want it. I have a slight amount of drag brake so it won't roll down hills.
It's amazing how smooth it crawls really slow.
If I change it from crawler to monster truck, it will freewheel, which is cool.
I really like it.
I'm sure I could have gotten away with a lesser ESC, but I'm glad I picked this one. It's nice!

Furitek Python Pro 40A (Brushless/Brushed) Micro Waterproof ESC
Installed on an SCX24 C10. This ESC will allow you to crawl your truck at extreme slow speeds. The app connectivity works well. Do not engage a drag brake if using on SCX24, this will cause the motor to get extremely hot, make sure drag brake is set to 0. I do wish this was an ESC/RX combo so I could ditch the stock one.
