The Exotek D413 4-Piece Motor Plate Set is a split center bulkhead motor plate set that delivers fast access to your center diff without the need to remove your top plates or removing the whole center bulkhead assemblies.
Simply remove the battery and top diff cover to release the 2 side plates so that the center diff comes out from the side! Makes spur gear changes or diff changes a breeze on those intense race days. Includes instructions and hardware for the stock or Exotek top diff plates. Uses the stock motor cam and clamp. Anodized and polished 7075 alloy.

It is a fussy thing to put together when installing for the first time but in the future it makes diff changes a snap. I would say it is a must have if you are the type of person that changes fluids often or that likes to tune with fluids.
Buy some extra diff shims with the car purchase. They are nice to have to shim out some of the play in the drive train. The set up sheet called for one shim on the center diff but I found I could have used one more and still had a wee amount of slop (Which you want).

Exotek D413 4-Piece Motor Plate Set
Must have part. Makes changing the spur or diff fluid simple with no need to remove your chassis protector. Exotek makes great stuff and this is just one of them for the d413.
