The Exotek 22 5.0 Slipper Eliminator Spur Mount is an ultra-light direct spur gear mount option for the TLR 22 series of models. Compatible with 22 1.0 through 5.0 slipper type layshafts (NOT for the 22S SCT), this machined aluminum mount weighs only 3.4gr with the screws and allows the use of a wider range of spur gear sizes. Plus it allows for easy switching between a locked spur or the stock slipper as track conditions warrant. Compatible with Kimbrough, Exotek and other similar models.

NOTE: works only with the 22 slipper layshaft. Not the direct drive layshaft or the 22S layshaft.

Some compatible spur gears:
  • Kimbrough
    • KIM164 77T
    • KIM145 78T
    • KIM146 81T
  • Exotek
    • EXO1545 75 tooth

Exotek 22 5.0 Slipper Eliminator Spur Mount (Kimbrough Spurs)
Nice option, especially if you might need to switch back to a slipper as it uses the same shaft. It's a change that can be done in a matter of a few minutes.

There's also the rotational weight savings. I measured the Eliminator w/Exotek gear at 7.2g, versus 15.37 for the stock TLR Elite slipper.

Game changer for high bite carpet.

Felt more consistent in and out of corners than when using the slipper. This makes power delivery instant and you’ll have more control and feel in your hand.

Exotek 22 5.0 Slipper Eliminator Spur Mount (Kimbrough Spurs)
I check look great, when looks closer the aluminum is thick enough to hold well. I have others spur that are not Kimbrough but are from crawler from MST you need to increase just a little. Is much better to use Kimbrough spur that way you go safe
