DuBro Foam Tape
I just had to leave a review on this because putting a rubber band around it just seems kinda dumb. I guess maybe it's not bad for the airplane guys. I got it for my rx battery compartments on my nitro RC cars.
It's great foam having a nice firmness to it and seems to stick really well but luckily the biggest piece I needed right now was only 2 1/2".
If you need a piece longer than 3", forget it. The way they put the rubber band around it squeezes it so it's really a 3 foot piece that's pinched every 3" so the foam in the pinched spots is compressed. This packaging is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
Wish I could post a pic here to show what I mean and I even waited a week to see if it would uncompress but didn't. Maybe a lot more time and it might regain its original thickness? Towards the middle/end of the role might be ok and I might be able to get a 12"+ size piece out of that if I ever need it.
