Crazy Crawler LaserFoam "Heavy Duty 116x40" 1.9 Foam Crawler Tire Inserts are precision cut open cell foam tire inserts designed for performance. LaserFoam inserts offer incredible lateral stability and sidewall support, yet still remain nice and soft on the contact patch. The material and cut shape ensure that the tire only rolls in the area of the tread that is in contact with the surface, creating great driving characteristics and an incredibly scale look. Plus, the soft open cell foam material allows the insert to fit even when internal weight is added.

These LaserFoams are RECON G6 Certified, and fit most tires with a 4.75" outer diameter (see fit list below).

NOTE: The LaserFoam HD and Basic inserts should not be exposed to moisture for a long period of time.

116x40mm LaserFoams are offered in three types:

Basic: For light trucks (less than 7 pounds)
Heavy Duty (HD): For middle weight trucks (7-10 pounds)
WP Magic: For heavy trucks (10+ pounds)

Crazy Crawler LaserFoam Heavy Duty 1.9" Foam Crawler Tire Insert (2) (116x40mm)

These foams worked very well for the ProLine Hyrax Predator compound installed on my Trx-4 Sport (8lbs). Provides great support for side walls which is way better than the stock foams that come with the Hyrax.

These foams are awesome! My truck walks right up lines where it would just spin before. 7.5lb Axial 10.3 running duratrax scaler tires. Buy them. They're great.

These foams are great! They fill out the tire and give excellent sidewall support, yet provide the perfect amount of pliability over rocks. They also don't shift around on the wheel like Proline two-stage foams do. I'll be ordering another set.
