The Bittydesign Zefirus Lexan 1/8 off road wing was designed for 1/8 buggies and truggies, with modern and aggressive styling. The Zefirus is a lightweight wing made from polycarbonate resin material, which, when compared to an ordinary plastic wing, reduces weight with little to no penalty in rigidity. Testing has found that the reduced high-mounted weight helps the vehicle generate speed in tight, low speed corners, while also assisting vehicle stability in high speed sections.

The Zefirus Lexan Wing features adjustable downforce that can be tuned to suit a variety of conditions, vehicles and driver preferences. By using an optional wickerbill, long or short gurney flap or various air cutouts, you can adjust the aerodynamic characteristics of the wing. Of course, the wing can also be used without any additions for the lowest weight possible.

Regardless of what another review says, as long as you cut and sand this wing properly, its easily the most durable lexan wing Ive ever used and Ive pretty much tried all of them several times. Ive had a few of these in black white and clear, and the only time i had one crack after a short time was when i hadnt spent the time to properly smooth out all of the edges after trimming it out. Anytime you leave even a tiny split or even an angle that isnt rounded off, it will eventually crack or tear at that spot. Im convinced that anyone who complains about wings or bodies not lasting more than a few laps or even a few heats/races its because they either didnt spend the time to really trim/sand it like you are supposed to, or they simply expect lexan parts to survive landing upside down from 7 feet in the air while travelling 35 to 45 mph... That or they think the lexan wings arw supposed to kast as long as the typical nylon ones haha. This is a great wing and is super durable compared to other lexan wings, but still not nearly as strong as any plastic one...

I've been having good luck with this wing,I think it's just as strong as any light weight wing

Don't buy this wing it is a wast of money. It breaks easy. today I use it for the first time and it broke in the 2nd Qualifier lucky I had a back up wing with me.. Will never buy this wing again.. If you never crash then buy it but I dont think thats the case every one crashes in a race..
