This is the Bittydesign "Nardò" 190mm EFRA Spec 1/10 Touring Car Body. After months of testing and development by the Bittydesing development team, the Nardò body represents the next generation of touring car performance. The final result is a bodyshell with recognizable features, in particular the front and rear tire area was designed to allow different placement of the body in respect the central line of the tires. This gives the driver the option to place the body in 3 positions, neutral (center), backward and forward to give the model three different balance options.

The tests done with the Nardò body showed incredible performance for the entire length of a race. The Nardò body gives to your model great steering response but at the same time outstanding grip and speed in the second part of the turn. The stability of the car while accelerating out of corners has to be seen to be believed.

NOTE: Body is shown painted for advertising purposes only. All Bodies are sold clear and untrimmed.

Bittydesign "Nardò" EFRA Spec 1/10 Touring Car Body (Clear) (190mm)
I purchased this body in both clear and pre-painted varieties, and after several rounds of racing I am VERY pleased. The body has very similar handling characteristics to the ProtoForm LTC-R body, and works quite well on medium to high grip carpet. The front wheel well designs leave plenty of room for suspension travel, which cuts down on tire rub during tight cornering, and the front splitter works exceptionally well. The bodies come with wide tapered plastic washers for the wing, which help prevent the wing from distorting under higher speeds. This hardware works MUCH better than the typical screws you get with a ProtoForm body, without the need to spend more money on aftermarket wing washers. The lexan of the body would be considered thin or light weight as opposed to regular weight, so be prepared for that. If you are particularly hard on your bodies, some reinforcements around the front wheel cutouts may help prolong the life of the body. Ill also say that the pre-painted bodies from BittyDesign are just as great in person as they are in the product photos. The colors are vibrant, and the paint jobs are excellent quality. The factory painted bodies are also surprisingly light, as they have done a masterful job of painting all the surfaces, without any unnecessary extra layers of paint. When you think about how much a clear body and multiple cans of paint cost, the price of the pre-painted bodies are actually incredibly reasonable for such a high quality paint job. My last offering of advice comes directly from BittyDesign: the lower body lines on the body are there as a base cutting guide ONLY, they are NOT meant to be the final cut line for the body. The lines are there to use as a guide to determine how high you plan to cut the front and sides of the body. BittyDesign recommends trimming the front of the body so that the splitter is only 3-4mm tall, and cutting the sides to match. I did this to mine, and could not be happier with both the looks and handling of this body. it has become my go-to primary body.
