Beef Tubes AR60 Standard Brass Beef Tubes are cheap insurance to increase the durability of your rig, while at the same time improving performance. They add 1.5 ounces of weight per axle, and the weight is held down low to provide a lower CG! Plus, they add strength to the axle housing itself to help prevent snapping the housing in half. Another benefit is that they give you a solid metal mount for the c-hub screws, instead of the stock plastic that normally holds the c-hub screws and strips out easily.

Features:
  • Compatible with front and rear AR60 axles (AXI80069)
  • Adds 1.5 ounces of weight per axle
  • Pre-drilled, tapped and ready for installation
  • Ideal for trail runners and competition based rigs
  • Includes KNK Hardware
  • Package includes two beef tubes and hardware, enough for one axle

Snapped like a twig in a u4 race. BEEF TUBES only warranties their products if you don't use them. Too many options on metal housings some for half the cost to make this mistake again.

Beef Tubes AR60 Beef Tubes (Brass)
Installed on the front stock axle of my axial bomber. I mounted a 2800kv axe system with 3s battery, sway bar on the rear. Does not come with instructions, but there are plenty of youtube videos explaining how to install them. I plan to use my bomber as basher/rock bouncer/rock racer, so some extra weight and rigidity on the front should help.

You don't need to disassemble the differential box, just remove knuckles, hubs, some axle screws, reuse stock bearings and install the tubes.

Life saver. I did not plan on installing these just yet, but glad i had them on hand. I ended up smashing the front axle carried on my bomber and cracked the housing a little by the shock mount. I pulled the axle apart and installed the beef tubes to "bandage" the carrier for the time being. very happy with how stout the beef tubes make the axle carriers and the added low weight. I wish i installed these earlier!
