This is the HGCE 232 GAT-04 Windam Gundam 1/144 Action Figure Model Kit from Bandai Spirits. The GAT-04 Windam, a mass production model of the Earth Alliance during the events of Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny, stands out as a vastly improved version of the GAT-02L2 Dagger L Mobile Suits, particularly in terms of maneuverability. Utilizing the same X100 series frame as various Gundams, including the GAT-X105 Strike Gundam, the GAT-04 Windam is adaptable and can use a range of Striker Packs, with this kit featuring The Jet Striker Pack for enhanced in-atmosphere mobility. The model comes with accessories, including the M9409L Beam Rifle, A52 Offensive Shield Type E, and two Beam Sabers.
