This is a pack of five Avid RC Small Hinged Plastic Doodad Containers. This pack of 5 small hinged branded plastic doodad containers are great for those small items in your tool box that just need a tad bit more of that OCD attention to detail. Avid has been using these container for years now for their engine bearing line and just recently the RC8 delrin inserts. They come in so handy when you just need a small container for that slipper rebuild, piston change, or engine bearing swap yet you don't want the part to mingle with the other parts in your screw container.

The pics of these doodads containers are a bit misleading, as they are VERY shallow. Total height of these measured from the outside are only 11.3mm. That being said, the real use for these are keeping parts organized INSIDE a larger tackle box or organizer. I use these to keep different size shims separated, and also to organize the different size body clips I have. Also useful for keeping balls for differentials together, or to keep spare grub screws. Basically, any small item or part, thats so small it can sometimes get loose inside a larger organizer, this is a great solution for keeping control of them.

Absolutely essential for the super small parts you have. Diff balls, e clips, shims, all those easy to lose pieces that are in tiny bags floating in your tool box.

These are great little containers for very small parts that are easy to misplace, like grub screws or e-clips. Would definitely recommend.
