This is the Arrowmax Chassis Balancing Tool. These are used in combination with a perfectly flat and level surface to balance your touring car. Simply set your car on the pins, making sure your chassis is positioned perfectly on the center line and use ballast weight to tune the left/right weight bias of your car.
