I have tried several pit mats over the years, this is by far my favorite for the price and quality. It is a thick textured foam material, very sturdy and resistant to most oils, spills and typical RC greases. Easy to clean. If you find the "Amain print" distracting you can use the back side of this mat, the front/back are the same material. I often use the solid black side. For the price this can't be beat. I have one on my garage pit table and one i bring to the track w/ me.

Awesome pit mat! Foam like material easily rolls up and fits in mesh bag. Lays flat and so far durable also cleans easily.
