The Yokomo MD 1.0 Master Drift 1/10 2WD RWD Drift Car Kit features the latest drift technology. The team at Yokomo has taken years of drifting experience and incorporated an incredible amount of features into this highly competitive drift car. Using graphite suspension arms never used in drift cars before is the first hint that this machine is truly race inspired. Drift cars need adjustability and this MD 1.0 delivers. With a multitude of adjustments consisting of car width, skid angle, roll center camber, toe and more you will have no problem tuning your vehicle to the track conditions. Another feature that Yokomo focused on was the transmission. Using a three gear transmission out of the box gives you a positive torque setup helping to plant the rear of the vehicle under power. As an option Yokomo has given you the ability to convert to a more neutral four gear transmission setup again allowing you to tune for any track conditions. Packed with features and adjustments it is easy to see why they call this the "Master Drift".

Yokomo MD 1.0 Master Drift 1/10 2WD RWD Drift Car Kit
This is definitely a "one of a kind" drift kit. Building this kit, everything seemed to be either carbon fiber or aluminum and the fit and finish was perfect throughout assembly. It is a pricey kit but along with that is quality materials and a kit that will most likely last a lifetime if maintained properly. The only thing I wish was included is aluminum rear hub carriers. For a $700+ kit I would expect there to be every upgrade possible included which there was and there may be a reason why plastic rear hub carriers were used instead of aluminum, but it would have been nice to have. As much as I wanted to love this kit, I can't ignore how poorly designed the steering rack is. it literally overshadows the entire benefits of this kit especially for the inflated price. We spent a lot of time trying to get this steering rack to be somewhat comparable to an old fashion, bell crank design, but nothing works and ends up falling apart again. This design makes your entire steering assembly wobbly and makes the other tuning aspects irrelevant. This really needs an upgraded steering rack from an aftermarket vendor as the kit performs sub par to other inexpensive kits.
