This is the complete and assembled Xtra Speed Aluminum Hi-Lift Rear Portal Axle. Included are driveshafts and gears, so this item will be a direct upgrade part for your existing axle set!
The link mount is designed to be used with a four link system.
Portal axles provide you with extra ground clearance for clearing challenging terrain.

Xtra Speed Complete Aluminum Hi-Lift Rear Portal Axle Set
Functionality- The axles are great, if proper prerun procedures are done. Be sure to unscrew each screw and locktite it. Be sure to shim the output shaft so the helical gears in the differential do not bind.
Workmanship- lower than expected. For an upgraded aluminum portal axle, my expectation is that all screws are tightened with locktite, and that the output shaft be shimmed with no need for adjustment.
In my opinion, these are good axles, but the ones I recieved. I would say they were not ready to run. I am not saying dont buy them, I am saying be prepared to prepare them before use. Mine did not come with any instructions.

Awesome axles! Love that it has a skid plate. My only gripe is that pretty much all the screws were fairly loose and I almost lost one. So i loctited everything. Other than that these are golden!

Best built,and quality axles ive ever seen!I removed screws and applied some loc-tite,diffs were already well greased!
