The Traxxas Stampede VXL defines monster truck fun. Extreme Velineon brushless power muscles the Stampede to speeds of 65mph and beyond* while innovative Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) makes the power more accessible. Pop a wheelie at 50mph and you’ll appreciate the standard wheelie bar. You’ve probably never experienced throttle response and speed like this in a monster truck. Tough and unbelievably fast, Stampede is the ultimate play truck that's always ready for instant RC fun. The world of electric monster trucks will never be the same again!

Traxxas Stability Management
Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) lets you experience the Stampede VXL's extreme power, speed, and acceleration by making it much easier to control on slippery surfaces such as loose dirt, smooth concrete, and even ice and snow. Go ahead, punch it off the line! TSM senses the vehicle’s direction and makes steering corrections to provide full throttle acceleration without fishtailing or spinouts. When cornering, TSM intuitively corrects the vehicle’s line for faster exit speeds. TSM even improves braking by keeping the truck arrow straight until you reach a complete stop. TSM does all this without intruding on driving fun or introducing unexpected side effects. TSM can be fine-tuned (or turned off) for different surfaces by simply adjusting the multi-function knob on the TQi transmitter, or by adjusting the slider in the Traxxas Link app. Drive faster and have more fun with TSM. You may not even realize how much it is helping until you try to drive without it.

Traxxas Stampede VXL Brushless 1/10 RTR 2WD Monster Truck (Green)
Nice addition to my collection of 12 other RC's. I wish Traxxas would come out with more kits! Enjoy putting kits together. Last one was my TRX-4. 50% of my collection are from kits!

Traxxas Stampede VXL Brushless 1/10 RTR 2WD Monster Truck (Green)
Love it other than the spur and no grease on transmission. I put the hot reading 32p conversion with 16t pinion. And a 4s conversion. Is a rocket and is amazing now.

Traxxas Stampede VXL Brushless 1/10 RTR 2WD Monster Truck (Green)
NUMBER ONE! Plan on buying the MIP CVDS. HD "hardened tool metal" style AXLES!!! I have owned 6 Stampedes and even 2 was versions. They went halfway there. Replacing the Axel's plastic trans outputs but it's not enough for a brushless setup running a 3s battery. It will go fine with the included hump pack but as soon as you switch to 3s lipos plan on getting hd cvds from someone. Traxxas has there own set.

Getting past that performance is truly incredible. Its a born jumper and easy to correct mid flight. Just remember to hit those lips square so you don't throw it in a spin. Replacing parts Isaac snap. My one issue is these things loose there remote controlled program and esc program randomly. If they'd fix that it'd be 5star but it happened to diffent versions of the same truck. Ya it's fixable in some overly complicated dance a big it's better to swap out the receiver and radio. Otherwise you'll have lots of fun. Rips through anything but deep snow. For that you need awd.

Traxxas Stampede VXL Brushless 1/10 RTR 2WD Monster Truck (Green)
It's an overpriced 1990's toy grade RC with cheap/weak components, plastic-geared servo, subpar electronics (already got hot with 2S, so I installed better AND cheaper), primitive design, the thinnest lexan body, soft steel and aluminum, WEAK driveshafts, badly needs many updates, wheelies too much, chassis needs to be longer and stronger and have the battery mounted closer to the front, a mid-motor, and a body that actually fits on the chassis and covers it with a proper wheelbase and much better bumpers. It's uncanny how Traxxas is so popular while selling such low quality vehicles and parts with poor designs.

Traxxas Stampede VXL Brushless 1/10 RTR 2WD Monster Truck (Green)
Mostly writing this because of the single 1 star review. I’ve owned a rustler 2wd which is very similar and it’s very durable. I plan to get one of these next.

Traxxas Stampede VXL Brushless 1/10 RTR 2WD Monster Truck (Green)
I've had my stampede for a month. It's been broken more than I've ran it. They're not as sturdy as claimed . I've broken 3 or 4 sets of rear axles and just broke the right front lower control arm axle and shock. Very disappointed in this truck.
