This is an optional Team Losi Racing -3mm Aluminum SCTE 2.0 Chassis. After extensive testing, TLR has developed this shorter chassis that provides a decrease of 3mm in overall wheelbase that helps the SCTE turn and rotate quicker into and around the turn. This shorter chassis also helps the truck have better drive off the turn, which improves the overall balance and feel, especially on medium to small sized tracks, as well as tight indoor tracks. This chassis helped Dakotah Phend win the 2015 Cactus Classic!
The -3mm chassis is a direct fit, replacing the stock SCTE 2.0 chassis with no modifications required.

Team Losi Racing -3mm Aluminum SCTE 2.0 Chassis
I was surprised to see how much -3mm made when on an indoor track. This chassis allows the 2.0 scte to turn much sharper and has less body roll. I am no longer pushing into a turn and can throttle all the way through.
