This is an optional RPM Rear Skid Plate, and is intended for use with the Losi TEN-SCTE, TEN-T and 810 vehicles. Protection is the key to survivability. Sadly, the aluminum chassis plate of the Losi Ten SCTE, Ten-T or 810 is completely unprotected against scrapes, scratches and impacts at either end of the truck. The recent release of the RPM Front Bumper & Skid Plate (RPM73042) takes care of the front of the chassis while the rear Skid Plate was designed to take care of protecting the back.
The RPM Rear Skid Plate for the Losi Ten SCTE, Ten-T & 810 is simple, yet cleverly designed with a sharp leading edge that transitions seamlessly through a large front radius and into a 5/32” thick skid / wear plate. The large front radius prevents objects from catching the front lip of the skid plate, allowing smooth transitions up and over anything sliding against the bottom of the vehicle. RPM nylons are integral to the design, providing unmatched abrasion and skid resistance for longevity and durability.
Don’t rely on a bare aluminum chassis as your rear skid plate. RPM is in the business to protect your ride so bolt one on and dont look back!

RPM Rear Skid Plate (Black)
This is a great product. While I am not sure I would recommend it for racing, I definitely would for bashing. It lasts a very long time and will keep wear and tear on the rear to a minimum. The problem for it with racing is that it is very thick and you will loose quite a bit of rear ride height clearance.
