This is a RPM 1-Piece Bellcrank Center Link, and is intended for use with the Associated RC10, RC10 T2, and RC10 GT 1/10 vehicles. The link between arms on the bellcrank is called the center link. This is not a place where adjustment is necessary. In fact, most professional R/C racers use molded center links to eliminate the guesswork involved in turnbuckle center links! Ackerman is controlled with this link and only factory settings should be used. RPM center links are set to factory standards and all RPM team drivers use them!
