This ProTek R/C "Supreme Power" 100C LiPo Battery Pack is ROAR approved and built using a hard plastic case that is required for use at sanctioned tracks and events. It features a 2C charge rate, 5mm bullets and a 5-pin XH style balance connector.

This battery is an awesome pack for 1/8 scale e-buggies and truggies for long main events, when you need a high capacity, high current battery, and prefer a bullet connector. A set of 5mm to 4mm adapters are included so you can continue to use your 4mm charge leads to charge your battery!

Hi-Voltage Capable
This specially formulated battery features LiHV technology which allows the cells to safely reach a higher overall voltage (4.35V per cell vs standard 4.20V per cell). Achieving the higher voltage does require a LiHV capable charger, but the power gains are significant to the overall punch and power for the model. This battery can also charge and function perfectly at typical 4S voltages (14.8V), but please note: cell voltages exceeding 4.20V per cell is prohibited from sanctioned racing rules, such as ROAR, IFMAR, etc.

LITHIUM POLYMER SAFETY INFORMATION

IMPORTANT:
1) DO NOT leave the battery in your model when charging
2) DO NOT leave unattended when charging
3) ALWAYS balance charge the battery
4) ALWAYS use a LiPo charging bag
5) YOU MUST use a Li-Poly specific charger to charge the pack (NiMH or NiCD only chargers WILL NOT WORK!)
6) YOU MUST not over discharge the Li-Poly battery pack
7) READ & UNDERSTAND the instructions carefully before operating this battery

NOTE: When using high energy Li-Polymer Batteries, please do not over-discharge or over-charge batteries as this will result in over heated batteries. Discharging capacity can't exceed 80% of the max capacity of the pack after full charging to ensure a good cycle performance. It is recommended to fully charge a brand new battery before using and only discharge the battery 50% for first 5 cycles. Always monitor race time and/or set a low voltage warning on ESC (End voltage cannot be lower than 3.2v per cell). Do not use a battery that has too low a voltage.

Do not expose batteries to sunshine or store/charge batteries at the temperature above 35°C or in a closed car. The high temperature environment could cause damage to the pack or make it burst. If the battery becomes hot while fast charging, high current discharging or racing, do not charge the battery until it has cooled completely. Wait about 20 mins, then inspect prior to recharging.

ProTek RC 4S 100C Hard Case LiPo Battery Pack (5mm) (14.8V/5000mAh)
I've ran every so called high demand lipos on earth. I'm very pleased with this new 4s.It has tons of power and holds the punch through the whole qualifiers and mains. And there light, the 6700mah 4s is to heavy I'm glad they replaced it with this one. I have one.Ive notice guys given bad reviews about protek lipos.Sure there is a lemon here and there. But if you charge them at a proper amperage. And always store them at 50% as soon as you get home from racing. They'll last for ever. And store them in a cool dark place. And most importantly use a quality charger. I use a cellpro 10s and cellpro 10XP. I've never had an issue with any battery puffing or burning up. And no wires I soldiered the included 5mm bullets on the esc so they eliminate all connectors With the bullets going straight into the battery. Highly recommended. There a bit pricey but as it holds true you get what you pay for. And Amain has your back. I've been running protek batteries for the past 3 years and will only run them.
