The AS3X System gives this tiny Spitfire a big-plane feel by smoothing out the effects of light wind or turbulence when flying outside. ParkZone Ultra-Micro Spitfire Mk IX Bind-N-Fly Electric Airplane
Pick this a our local hobby store. Our club has 2 basketball courts we rent once a week. I almost bought another micro P-51. But saw this Spitfire (the only one on the shelf) because of the stablization system. WOW what a plane! I love it, Can't wait till next week. After adjusting the tail wheel. (Bending it) so it would taxi straight. I proceeded to take off, 1/2 throttle for about 5' a touch of up stablizer and I was in the air. Nervous to be flying in a small area and about 10 other pilots. My jitters went away quickly. No mid airs anyway lol. Full throttle across the gym way fast and very controlled flight. Used half throttle most of the time. I didn't do any loops, rolls or anything like that. That's next week I will PST how it does. The only thing I could say negative about the spitfre is landing as with most small aircraft can be difficult. When you cut power to land the nose will lift. Some comments have said its tail heavy. I don't believe that is the case. It wouldn't fly as well as it does if it was tail heavy. I think its the 3 axis stablization system. I found that you have to fly it in for landing. Basically just like a normal size warbird. I think parkzone has a winner here!
All everybody could say was "WOW that's fast" But it didn't fly like a fast hard to fly plane. I was plesently comfortable in the confined area.

ParkZone Ultra-Micro Spitfire Mk IX Bind-N-Fly Electric Airplane
I flew my Spitty in a bit too windy conditions for micro airplane, 3 to 5 m/s (around 7 to 11 mph) wind, she flew very well. Incredibly stable yet responsive. The AS3X flight stabilization system is really great. My friend took a short: http://youtu.be/LbEp8n-c6bk
