my first light for RC, the light itself is not very bright, I was hoping to see something brighter.

Kyosho LED Fog Light Set
Given how cheaply constructed the sandmaster series is, I am very impressed with this lightbar. The structure surrounding the lights and the mounting points themselves all appear to be made out of high quality aluminum, have a nice weight to them and appear to be machined. The instructions are...not great, but installation is incredibly easy to figure out and shouldn't take more than ~10 minutes including rollcage removal.
With the stock 7.2v nimh the LEDs themselves are not overly bright, but look good once installed and lit up.
The only real downside are the seemingly excessively long lengths of heatshrink used on the wires coming out of the lights themselves. On mine they are nearly an inch in length, meaning you have large lengths of wire hanging straight out covering up whatever decal your buggy came with, and making clean routing a bit more difficult.
Other than that, pretty happy with this purchase. A nice cheap way to spruce up a cheap basher buggy.
