This is the Kyosho Evolva M3 2012 Anniversary Edition 1/8 On-Road Competition Racing Car Kit. The EVOLVA series has earned 3 consecutive World Championship titles, and now the cutting edge design has been sharpened with the latest 2012 Anniversary Edition. With the knowledge that can only be gained from racing at the highest levels of competition, the Evolva 2012 Anniversary Edition features a variety of improvements that include increased durability, more adjustability and improved performance. A variety of high-performance option parts have been included to provide improved cornering, rigidity and traction, while the reconfigured gear ratio allows the machine to adapt to the latest racing demands. These subtle changes provide a drastic improvement in performance.

On-Road World Champion Lamberto Collari piloted his prototype Evolva to yet another World Championship title, not only cementing his place in RC racing history, but also establishing the Evolva as one of the best competition 1/8 on road chassis in its class. The Evolva 2012 Anniversary Edition serves up World Championship performance right out of the box!

What is a KIT? A KIT is a higher level vehicle that includes nearly everything you will need to build a rolling chassis. You will need to supply items like engine, pipe, body, tires, wheels and radio equipment. Required items may vary from kit to kit so please see Needed to Complete section for full list.

2012 Anniversary Features:

• Re-Designed Pulley Gears: The 29T aluminum side pulley is revised  with a new gear ratio, delivering smoother acceleration/deceleration. Also the rear side pulley for the front belt has been changed from a 16T to a 18T.
• Chassis (KYOFM631): Previously available as an option part, this chassis is included with the 2012 Anniversary Edition Evolva.
• Option Parts: Included with the new 2012 Anniversery Edition are lots of option parts that don’t just look good but improve the overall handling of the car and performance.

• 3D Clutch: The optional 3D clutch is included as standard equipment. In addition the small 36mm diameter flywheel delivers exceptional throttle feel and spool up.

• Center Bulk Head: The center bulkhead has been modified to allow for greater clearance.
• Rear Bulk Head: The rear bulk head has been redesigned to allow various engines to fit properly.
• Rear Suspension Arm: Added material to the rear lower suspension arm for more rigidity.
• Fuel Cap Design: Fuel cap design provides superb fuel flow even at low fuel levels.
• Adjustments: Adjustment range of front scrub increased from 1mm to 2mm. Allows precision setting for optimal steering characteristics.
• Ackerman: Ackerman can be adjusted in five steps with servo saver to produce the optimal steering settings for different course conditions.
• Roll Center: Replacement of leaning cam allows front and rear wheel shaft height to be adjusted in three stages of plus or minus 0.5mm. Allows precision adjustment of roll center.
• Improved Steering: Rear hub supports the base of the rear body mount. Choose from four different lengths for improved steering response in the medium to high speed range.
• Acre Type Brake Pads: Acre-type brake pads and APP type rotors produce strong stopping power.
