This is a Glow Plug Clip, use for heating the Glow Plug while starting glow engines. This features a nice spring loaded lock-on ability. It also features a threaded cap for easy access to the battery, which is on top of the clip. The PROGLO does not come with a battery or charger. This has a 90 day limited warranty.
