DW Hobby PT-17 Stearman Almost Ready to Fly Electric Biplane

The DW Hobby PT-17 Stearman Almost Ready to Fly (ARF) Electric Biplane Airplane Combo Kit is a detailed warbird designed to provide you with both scale and gentle flying characteristics. Modeled after the Boeing Stearman Model 75, the PT-17 was primarily used as a military trainer aircraft. A seven-cylinder 668Ci (11 Liter) Continental R-470-5 engine producing 210-240 Horsepower propelled this plane to a top speed of 124mph. DW Hobby has faithfully scaled down this plane to 1/7th scale. This plane will be right at home as your first or next scale warbird.

DW Hobby has made this combo kit to allow for quick and easy assembly. Powered by a 2815-3520 1000-700kV motor and 40-60A ESC this plane is best suited for your 4-6S LiPo battery. The included servos are ready to be connected to your four-channel transmitter and receiver (both sold separately). Made from Balsa wood, the fuselage is extremely ridged allowing for a more connected flying experience. Take to the skies with the DW Hobby PT-17 Stearman ARF Biplane.
