The DragRace Concepts Drag Pak Slash Mid Motor Transmission Case was developed specifically for Traxxas Slash based Mid Motor Street Eliminator builds and is the perfect compliment to the Drag Pak Slash Mid Motor chassis. The aluminum motor plate has been placed on the correct side of the transmission cases to create a true mid motor transmission layout that allows the motor to run in the correct direction when compared to flipping a standard transmission.
The case has been machined to precise tolerances, and features re-aligned top shaft and idler gear positions to ensure the gears are perfectly aligned. This creates more strength between the gears and improved overall wear. Additionally, the gear and bearing tolerances were improved over commonly available transmission cases for a more precision build. The rear a-arm mounts are 0 degree anti squat and accept a wide variety of Traxxas based a-arms.
