This is the DE Racing "Stopz-it" Nitro Engine Shutdown Tool. This simple tool, disguised as a readily accessible key chain, works by either using the tip to contact the flywheel of an idling engine, or by using the plug on the side to cover the exhaust tip. Since the method of covering the exhaust can be performed at any RPM, even the runaway car with wide open throttle has finally meet its match.
