Updated Suspension Design

The core of this chassis is the well-known Trail Finder 2 Chassis. Starting from the ground up, the scale 1.9 BFGoodrich Mud Terrain tires are mounted to Rally 1.9 Beadlock Wheels. These wheels are mounted to RC4WD scale cast axles. A Key update to the chassis is the soft leaf springs for a more realistic driving experience. The suspension components are mounted to aluminum frame rails. The drivetrain uses a rugged metal gear transmission powering two durable driveshafts for smooth power delivery.

RC4WD Trail Finder 2 "LWB" RTR Scale Truck w/Chevrolet K10 Scottsdale Hard Body
The body is very well detailed, I had some problems with the pieces that join the hood to the body, part Z-S1564 (RC4WD Chevrolet Blazer Hood & Tailgate Hardware Kit), a small screw, a spacer and a nut were lost and that is why the hood did not open correctly, I wrote to Amain Hobbies, who with their excellent customer service gave me a solution by sending a replacement part.

I strongly recommend checking the hinges that join the hood to the body and putting thread locks on them.

5 stars for the product and 5 stars for the customer service from amain hobbies

RC4WD Trail Finder 2 "LWB" RTR Scale Truck w/Chevrolet K10 Scottsdale Hard Body
The truck is a cool fun way to try some technical obstacles. I like everything about it except that the screws are a little cheap and the body is a pain to remove. Bumpers are also a little cheap but other than than it’s awesome. I totally recommend it.

RC4WD Trail Finder 2 "LWB" RTR Scale Truck w/Chevrolet K10 Scottsdale Hard Body
My overall opinion of the truck is great. The quality on the body itself is out of this world. The rest of the truck is also out of this world. my only complaint is that the hardbody can be kind of difficult to get on sometimes. A Main Hobbies Was very easy to work with also I had no issues and I’m happy with my product and I will be buying from them again in the future.

RC4WD Trail Finder 2 "LWB" RTR Scale Truck w/Chevrolet K10 Scottsdale Hard Body
This truck is beautiful. I appreciate everything about it but I am absolutely ? not happy with the fact that it came missing the glued on mated Scottsdale emblems for over 600 you would expect to at least have some extra badges. My truck was missing them from the start and has glue spots on the fenders I bought this for a tf2 meet for alot of money not counting the upgraded electronics. And that's OK. But the first time I drive it ten feet it dropped the steering linkage and screw from servo horn good thing I had a magnet. My understanding was that the new red and black k10 did not have to be dismantled and lock tighted I read and was educated that the v2 did not need this well after 4min of operation very slowly I dropped the steering linkage and thankfully I had a big magnet. This isn't a cheap truck I've had many tf2s in the past and the fact it specified from rc4wd that it needed no lock tite like the first blue k10 or the blazers threw me for a loop. Both Scottsdale badges were missing with glue spits as I said and after over 600$ to get it for a comp to.orrow I was very disappointed. I love rc4wd and I love the scale of everything on the truxk but I just wasn't happy once I saw no badges and glue spots and dropped the steering link immediately. As well as the simple sheet of amain hobby stickers that I fully support being peeled open and stuck to the inside of the box top, I just wasn't impressed with the money I spent to make a leaf rig scale truck for a comp. I must be awake all night now backing screws out and lock lighting them.
I can't even support amain with a sticker because the sheet was half peeled stuck inside the top of the box. Yes its just stickers but all of this on top of 605$ was quite displeasuring to me. I hope there is something that can be done about this situation I don't cars about the stickers but everything else falling apart on me on one of my nicest scale rigs within 10ft of driving really upset me. I have always backed this company and bought from you guys. I love the truck and i get it is sealed from rc4wd but a night before a scale comp show is very upsetting I cannot participate because the steering link fell out immediately when I tightened all of that stuff before use because I was lead to beleive the new red and black k10s were a v2 and revised and didn't need to be dismantled for lock tight. Not asking for anything im just disappointed in the 605$ purchase and all the extras I got that I can't put one because I'm afraid it will ruin itself. I have purchased and anti wrap bar a hw fusion 2300kv motor esc combo and I'm at a loss. Anything you guys could do to help is greatly appreciated
