The Yokomo YD-2SXIII 1/10 2WD RWD Competition Drift Car Kit takes the incredible high motor mount SXII platform, and updates it with double deck specifications, to deliver a significant improvement in pitching rigidity, quick handling and sharp turning. The front bulkhead is fully loaded with optional parts, such as a one-piece aluminum body, making this competitive kit more responsive to severe steering operation.
Packed with high-quality aluminum parts, like a highly rigid integral bulkhead and super low friction shocks, this kit is guaranteed to impress. The YD-2SXIII specific graphite upper deck creates improved pitching rigidity, while the steering system features updated slide rack specifications to create neutral steering characteristics throughout the entire range of motion.
The SXIII battery holder is designed for low-height batteries, but a standard size battery holder is included as well. The motor mount features a unique heat sink shape that allows the motor to rotate in 7 steps around the spur gear shaft, allowing fine adjustment of the weight balance so you can set the car up to suit your driving style.

Once again Yokomo has made an extremely well put together chassis. I’ve never been disappointed by Yokomo with any of their products. If you plan on buying carbon and aluminum hop up parts. I’d go with this chassis since it’s already got almost all the hop ups you’d want.
Oh quick tip. When putting together the slide steering rack. Be aware that the screws that are with said rack. Are actually cam type adjustment screws. You’ll notice arrows on the top of the screw. If the arrow points toward the rack, it tightens up the rack. The comment below is cuz he didn’t notice that. Lol.

First Yok kit. Fit and finish across the kit is great. The only negative is the rack assembly is a little sloppy. I ended up having to make some bearing spacers to remove some play.
