This is an optional pair of Yokomo Graphite "Gull Type" Front Suspension Arms. These arms help achieve more steering response and flat ground control on high bite surfaces.
Yokomo also offers optional Graphite "Flat Type" arms (YOKZ2-008GF). The flat type arms offer more stability, where these gull type arms offer more steering.
