This is a pack of four optional Yokomo Blank Pistons for use with the SLF Standard Shocks; not the SLF Short Shocks II which are included with the 2016 BD7.
These shocks do not have any holes to allow you to drill your own hole arrangement. One side of the pistons feature 3 dimples as guides for drilling, while the other side features 4 dimples.
