Yeah Racing Tamiya TT-02 RWD Steel Adjustable Universal Drive Shaft (2)
I found these very handy when using adjustable length upper&lower A-arms (and/or turnbuckles) to get a wider track width out of a couple of my TT-02 cars. Amain sells the adjustable width, upper & lower A-arms, get them as they are perfect when using these axles!
My cars are wicked fast and handle better from having a wider track width made possible by using these axles! They are steel, not aluminum, that is a big plus. That said, can I make a recommendation to anyone pushing the limits of their TT-02? These come with 4 holes for the set screws used to lock the axles in place after you set the length you desire, they come with 2 set screws. Buy extra set screws and use all four holes, especially if you are using a low turn motor or even just a high FDR. The shaft has 2 flat spots for use with the included set screws so I ended up using a file to carefully add 2 more flats as well as making the existing flats more pronounced giving the set screws better bite. This made the axles capable of handling a 6.5t brushless w/ a 120a esc. Also, at the very least, do NOT forget to use some thread lock on the set screws!
