I can send a picture how I installed will be fine for many people. I cam say use the plate that have 8 holes, 4 holes have tread 2mm others 4 don't. Use the 4 holes with no tread to screw to the heat sink attached to the motor, and 4 holes are tread to mount the screw from the bottom up. That way you don't brake the fan and the plate protect the fans from impacts. I hope any person understands. One more thing they are loud for tornado no typhoon is more properly name. I found a problem easy to fix, buy the jst plug the black that use any esc, you will need to replace the red, is to lose is not making good contact. Once you replace that plug you will like this fans, and still I recommend
