The Yeah Racing 90mm Desert Lizard Two Stage Internal Spring Shock is a great scale upgrade for your truck. A great upgrade for 1.9 class trucks that use 90mm shocks, this shock kit includes a full set of springs and machined pistons that will allow you to get your truck setup right, no matter how heavy your truck weighs.
These shocks can be setup with either a droop or a sprung configuration. A sprung setup will generate more flex and more suspension travel. A droop setup will allow your truck to sit lower and will support the weight of the truck better, but will generate less flex. Plus, the triple O-Ring sealing cartridge will help to prevent oil leaks at the shock shaft.

Great shocks, easy to bleed, good springs to tune a crawler. Only problem i had was the joint on shock body itself is a stupid design. comes with pivot balls that place the shock body all the way up to one side of your shock mount so if you run them inverted they bind and really restrict your articulation. Being that the shock body is metal(which is great) one side has a smaller ID so you cannot fit flanged pivot balls into them, this design also being why they include the pivot balls that are flush on one end, to hold the shock onto the pivot in the correct spot by the use of a bolt or your shock mount. taper bolts work ok to help but only upright. shotty design, has taken me a bit of searching to find the right pivot ball that will fit and still allow the shock to pivot freely. i used their replacement o-rings to hold the body onto the pivot ball the way it should be. the shocks otherwise function great. just a pita with the stupid pivot ball setup. if they had a better pivot design on the shock body id give them a 4-5. capra pivot balls work good but they are wide as heck. samix pivot balls od are to big, binded on the ball itself. annoying process to get these things to articulate freely inverted. SMH

These are my second set of lizard shocks. For good reason. Slim. Tunable. Leak proof. Different springs with different rates. Different damping/ rebound diffusers. Extra o-rings galore.

I would have to give it 4.5 because they perform great they look awesome on my TRX4 and they come with all the tuning options you might need and extra o rings. HOWEVER, they dont come with any extra c clips which are the parts you are most likely to lose.

Can't think of a reason not to give 5 starts. Absolutely love the tenability and I've had no leaks so far (unlike my Axial, Vanquish, and Element shocks). They are also easier to clean after running in dusty environments than my other coil sprung shocks. Have them on my Capra and am looking at another seat for my Phoenix.

Look good and function well. The cases are pretty cheap plastic though. Not bad for the price.
